Ministry Zonal Offices in ten locations of Tororo, Soroti, Moroto, Luwero, Mpigi, Mityana, Rukungiri, Kabale, Wakiso and Mukono.Each MZO Office Building will include a board room/training room, server rooms and other offices.

A Hostel Building to accommodate approximately 200 female students and Multi-purpose hall to accommodate 300 students for the Institute of Surveying and Land Management in Entebbe.
