Review and Finalization of Bills of Quantities and Supervision of Renovation works for 7 Ministry Zonal Offices and Mapping and Survey Department in Entebbe

The MZO buildings which are constructed under Phase 1 of the computerization Process are occupied from the time they are completed, but did not benefit from continuous maintenance. In addition these MZO Buildings are not ready for LIS Installation.

The MZO buildings therefore need urgent interventions in order to improve IT Capacity of the MZOs (LIS Compliance) and the working conditions of employees which shall lead to an improvement in quality of services provided. Other facilities to be renovated also include the Gents’ Toilets, GIS and Photogrammetry Rooms at the mapping and surveying Department in Entebbe.
