Project Management
We save our clients the anxiety of uncertainty on the viability and costs of projects by taking over the role of project control and planning by becoming our clients’ representatives on each project.
This gives us the mandate and ability to estimate and control operating costs to be able to optimize construction planning in all execution phases.
Scheduling
Establishment and control of organizational charts, time and payment schedules in all planning and execution phases for respective projects and participants.
Preparation of Tender Documents, and Evaluation of Tenders.
Processing bills of quantity, specifications, tender procurement and evaluation, bidder negotiations, and contract awarding.
Programme Management
We provide Administration and Secretarial support to clients, emerging consultants and learner contractors; in terms of providing advice on policy, documents, manuals and standards. This covers legal and statutory support, Information and Communication Technology, training and capacity building.
Project Execution
We monitor works and rehabilitation contracts and maintenance construction. The implementation of the component in each particular project may comprise of IT software use training, data collection, project identification, feasibility studies, loan requests to local and/or international lending agencies, detailed design, contract documentation, tender evaluation, supervision of construction, commissioning and management of structure procedures.
Post Implementation
Where multi-disciplinary aspects of a project demand particular expertise, this is provided through Arch Design’s established arrangements with specialist firms, organizations and individuals.
